To achieve digital transformation, companies need to undergo changes in culture and internal processes. This requires an understanding of effective change management, utilization of appropriate and innovative tools and solutions for digitalization, as well as a reliable partner who is able to provide the needed expertise and know-how to support this transformation.
“Our goal is to contribute to a smooth transition of the business to a `digitalization of the processes and its overall transformation. The Salesforce platform brings together key processes and innovations in a way that enables companies to transform their relationships with customers, increase customer satisfaction and brand engagement, and accelerate business growth in today’s remote operations and communication.
According to a Salesforce study, 79% of service professionals find it difficult to provide excellent services without a good knowledge of the customer, and for 72% of the marketing specialists, it is impossible to meet customer needs without consolidated information about the customer’s profile and behavior. On the other hand, 80% of customers believe that communication with the company is just as important as its products or services. Customer experience is critical for their commitment to the brand, as well as for their subsequent orders and recommendations.
