MetaMap, founded in 2017, has developed a platform designed to help businesses forecast their target audience and their needs. It hosts a comprehensive catalog of data, empowering businesses to improve their risk assessment and decision-making processes.

Incode is an automated platform that provides a secure AI-driven experience, aiming to enhance the conversion rates and minimize fraud. With a vision to enable trust worldwide, Incode collaborates with major banks, fintech companies, hotels, governments, and industries. 

Headquartered in San Francisco, Incode also operates offices in Europe and Latin America.

As part of the transaction Filip Victor Przetakiewicz, founder and current CEO, is leaving the company while COO Meghna Mann has been elevated to CEO of MetaMap.
