This November, Dubai is set to host a new addition to its growing list of global tech gatherings. On November 26–27, 2025, more than 3,000 founders, operators, investors, and ecosystem leaders will meet at Dubai Silicon Oasis for the debut of Doers Summit Dubai

For The Doers Company, the team behind the summit, Dubai represents the next step in transforming Doers Summit (the team behind Reflect Festival) into a global platform spanning three chapters: Athens, Limassol, and now Dubai.

Dubai is the next step in our evolution from hosting an event to creating a movement. Doers Summit exists to turn introductions into deals and playbooks into execution. After strong outcomes in recent editions, we are bringing that momentum to Dubai to help doers connect and form partnerships that deliver real impact,” said Stylianos Lambrou, CEO & Co-founder of The Doers Company.

A Stage for Those Building the Future

The agenda in Dubai is designed with a simple goal: to highlight what matters right now in the world of innovation. Across three stages, attendees will hear directly from founders and leaders who have shaped entire industries.

The speaker lineup is set to impress, bringing together a powerhouse of founders, innovators, and industry leaders shaping the future. Confirmed speakers include Markus Fuhrmann, co-founder of Delivery Hero and investor; Jamil Shinawi, a nine-time exited founder and the CEO and co-founder of AHOY; Alisa Adel, Senior Director of Research and Technology at Airbus; Basil Fateen, Principal Technology Evangelist at AWS; Nikos Moraitakis, co-founder and CEO of Workable; and Demetris Skourides, Chief Scientist for Research, Innovation and Technology of the Republic of Cyprus.

These professionals will explore topics on anything-tech, ranging from building and scaling companies to commercializing deep tech. Case studies, step-by-step walkthroughs, and Q&As will set the tone, with founders sharing the hard-won lessons that often go overlooked.

The summit will also examine the intersection of technology and systems, exploring how AI, robotics, and finance innovations can be turned into real-world products, partnerships, and revenue streams. Another key area of focus of this edition is how governments can act as builders and operators of healthier, greener cities.

Doers Summit is a snapshot of where the world is going. We designed the program for everyone who cares about what works. You will hear practical lessons, see emerging tech up close, and find your people in rooms designed for real conversations,“ emphasized Dušan Duffek, Co-Founder and Board Member of The Doers Company

Turning Connections Into Long Term Collaboration

What sets Doers Summit apart is not just who is on stage, but how the event is designed off-stage. Built with a festival-like atmosphere, the summit prioritizes connections that translate into outcomes.

In Dubai, attendees will have access to curated networking experiences spread across the city: founder breakfasts, investor roundtables, rooftop salons, and invite-based mixers. Each format is engineered to encourage meaningful exchanges rather than fleeting introductions.

At the heart of this is the Startup Spotlight and Doers Pitch, two programs that have become central to the Doers experience.

  • Doers Pitch gives selected startups the chance to present in front of an investor jury and secure follow-up meetings. Previous editions facilitated more than 50 investor-startup follow-ups, proving the format is more than just a stage show.
  • Startup Spotlight offers startups targeted visibility with investors and partners throughout the two-day program, alongside the pitching opportunity.

Together, these initiatives ensure that early-stage founders are part of the conversation, and they can walk away with concrete investor interest and hands-on partnerships.

A Global Platform Rooted in Community

The expansion into Dubai underscores The Doers Company’s ambition to build more than an event series. From its roots in Cyprus, the organization has grown into a community-builder across industries and geographies. Beyond Doers Summit, The Doers Company also runs Doers United, a global community of tech leaders, and Elevate Summit, a dedicated event for real estate and proptech.

Within this portfolio, Doers Summit has evolved into a cornerstone gathering for the EMEA startup ecosystem. Each chapter, Athens, Limassol, and now Dubai, shares the same DNA: curated content, spaces designed for real conversations, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

For founders and operators, the appeal is straightforward. Doers Summit is a chance to learn from peers, test emerging ideas, and build partnerships in an environment that values execution over buzzwords. For investors, it is an opportunity to spot new ventures, back proven founders, and engage with ecosystems on the rise.

Why Dubai, Why Now?

As global ecosystems become more interconnected, the choice of Dubai as the newest chapter for Doers Summit is hardly accidental. With its growing role as a bridge between East and West, and with strong government support for innovation, the city offers ideal ground for a cross-regional gathering.

For The Doers Company, this expansion is also a statement of intent: to move towards creating a movement of doers across regions.
