On November 4, 2025, Sofia will welcome insurers, regulators, startups, and technology providers for CLAIM THE FUTURE:  Innovation, Regulation & Vision in Claims Transformation. The summit explores how claims – traditionally treated as a cost center – are emerging as a strategic driver of growth and customer loyalty.  Organized by XPRIMM events and  Revauxy, the event positions Central and Southeastern Europe as a rising hub for insurance innovation. It connects leaders in technology, regulation, and customer experience.

This event is a call to action for everyone shaping the future of insurance. Our goal is to create a space where innovation, regulation, and customer experience come together to define what’s next for claims transformation.
-Emil Dimitrov, CEO, Revauxy

Claims as the New Frontier

Across CEE, insurers are exploring how automation, AI, and advanced analytics can turn claims into growth engines. The goal is to boost customer loyalty and unlock new revenue opportunities. Regulatory frameworks – from GDPR to NIS2 – complicate the picture. Yet they also create opportunities for more robust and compliant digital solutions.

Claim the Future is designed as an intersection point for these forces. Panels will tackle questions at the heart of the industry: How can claims be a source of competitive advantage? What role do technology and customer experience play in reshaping traditional processes? And how can regulators and innovators collaborate to create practical, compliant solutions?

Digital transformation in insurance truly begins at the moment of truth – the claim. That’s where technology, data, and empathy must work together to deliver value, transparency, and trust.Dimitrov says.

A Convergence of Players

The summit is expected to bring together a mix of multinational insurers and regional innovators. Confirmed interest includes major European groups such as Allianz, Generali, VIG, and UNIQA, alongside emerging InsurTech startups from Southeastern Europe. From AI-driven claims intelligence to next-generation digital experiences, innovators are redefining what insurance can be – smarter, faster, and built around the customer.

With Claim the Future, we’re putting Sofia and the CEE region on the global innovation map – as a hub where insurers, InsurTechs, and regulators can collaborate to drive smarter, faster, and more human-centered insurance.Dimitrov notes.

From tech demos and innovation zone to Vision 2030

The summit will feature interactive booths and prototype demos. Participants will get a firsthand look at emerging solutions in claims automation, data analytics, image-based assessments, digital FNOL, chatbots, and more. These demonstrations will illustrate how technology can transform claims from a routine process into a strategic advantage.

For Central and Southeast Europe, this discussion represents both a learning opportunity and an opportunity to influence how global trends shape the region.

Why It Matters

As insurers face rising customer expectations, regulatory pressures, and rapid technological disruption, Claim the Future 2025 presents a unique opportunity: a chance for startups, incumbents, and regulators to collaborate, pilot new solutions, and collectively shape the future of claims in the region.
