In H1 2024, the ecosystem in Slovenia marked its first investment exceeding €1M of the year through SaleSqueze, a SaaS startup, reflecting a smaller progress compared to the previous period. This round follows a period of growth in FY 2023, during which the Slovenian ecosystem saw more frequent and larger investments such as GenePlanet (€20M), MESI (€18M), and Twinzo (€2.3M), as well as ReCatalyst (€1.7M) and Leanpay (€1M). Additionally, in 2023, Sinergise was acquired by Planet Labs in an undisclosed deal.

After Twinzo, a 3D Live Digital Twin for facilities, raised €2.3M from Critical Ventures, DEPO Ventures, Slovakia Venture to Future Fund, and Soulmates Ventures at the end of 2023, SaleSqueze set the scene with a €1.4M funding round in H1 2024.
