Bulgarian-founded VEDA, a venture studio that supports startups and fast-growing companies in building sustainable growth, today announced the launch of its new division VEDA Works. The unit is the result of a merger with Singapore-based hireworks and will provide end-to-end expertise in operational team management, organizational design, and delegation systems.
VEDA currently serves more than 400 clients through a fractional services model, which gives entrepreneurs access to high-level expertise in accounting, finance, capital, legal, and people services on demand—without long-term overhead or fixed-cost commitments.
“Our mission at VEDA has always been to create real value for fast-growing companies. With VEDA Works, we can now help them transition from people-dependent organizations to process-driven businesses even more effectively,” said Danail Koev, founder of VEDA.
Addressing a growth Challenge
Many small and mid-sized businesses struggle to scale due to a lack of effective processes. Founders often face difficulties delegating tasks, end up overwhelmed by day-to-day operations, and lack access to seasoned professionals. This results in stagnation, poor decisions, and burnout.
“We believe growth is a process, not a one-off effort. With VEDA Works, we help founders build sustainable operational infrastructure, so they can focus on developing products and growing their business,” said Boyan Stoyanov, founder of hireworks and managing partner at VEDA Works.
VEDA Works offers COO-as-a-Service solutions, delivered by entrepreneurs with hands-on management experience. Services include strategic planning, organizational design, team building, operational systems, and mentorship. Early results show measurable impact, the company reports: founders save an average of 10 hours per week, productivity increases up to fivefold, ROI on human capital rises by as much as 80%, and employee engagement grows by 50%.
Turning Ideas into Scalable Growth
The VEDA Works methodology starts with a gap analysis to identify root causes of bottlenecks, followed by clear action roadmaps and organizational frameworks. The team also provides long-term operational systems and mentorship, acting as a “co-founder in support” during tough strategic decisions.
Stoyanov emphasized that VEDA Works aims to integrate set of interconnected solutions. Each member of their team has real-world experience in building and managing businesses.
Over the next 12 months, VEDA Works will partner with select entrepreneurs committed to operational excellence and structured growth. Beyond Bulgaria, the division is already supporting companies across Europe and Asia, helping them prepare for international expansion.
“Most of our team has lived or worked abroad, giving us access to a powerful international business network. For many clients, we provide an additional advantage by preparing their operational strategies for entering new markets,” said Boyan Stoyanov.
