In 2025, the Baltic startup ecosystem continued to mature. At the same time, investment activity has been notable: Lithuania’s total tech ecosystem value surpassed €16.4 billion thanks to a significant increase in venture capital inflows and high-profile funding rounds.

In 2025, Latvia’s startup ecosystem witnessed an increased investment flow, jumping by about 190% to €73 million, driven by large rounds in robotics and AI-related ventures.

Meanwhile, Estonia’s tech scene continued to stabilize and evolve, with local venture funds holding around €1 billion ready for deployment and a strategic shift toward sustainable growth after a challenging funding climate in previous years.
