HackSoft, a Sofia-based software development company, has officially become part of Waracle, an UK digital product consultancy headquartered in Scotland. The move aims to strengthen their presence across the European tech landscape.
Founded in 2017 by Radoslav Georgiev and Ivaylo Bachvarov, HackSoft has built a reputation for engineering excellence, strong team culture, and a holistic approach to software development. Its 55-person team will now join Waracle’s experts to deliver digital products in sectors such as financial services, health, energy, and the public sector.
Georgiev said the partnership felt like a “natural extension” of their recent collaboration on a client project, during which Waracle “experienced the HackSoft values in full action — what it truly means to work as a team, solve complex problems, and brainstorm ideas together.” He added that joining Waracle presents “an incredible opportunity” for the team and aligns with HackSoft’s ambition to be more than just a development vendor:

HackSoft will continue serving its existing clients without operational changes, aside from an upcoming rebrand as it integrates with Waracle. The leadership emphasizes that the team, expertise, and values customers rely on will remain the same. This step, they say, reinforces HackSoft’s commitment to supporting its people and helping them reach their full potential.
David Tuck, CEO of Waracle, highlighted that finding a partner with matching values and technical capabilities was a key part of their growth strategy:
