In the second half of 2024, the Czech startup ecosystem managed to raise over €50M for (for recorded and reported amounts). There was saturation of late-seed rounds closed by a couple of startups with a focus on expansion.
In 2023, Czech startups secured €173.1M in funding, ranking the country fourth in Eastern Europe for capital raised.
In the first half of 2024, the Czech innovation ecosystem has attracted around €217, with Rohlinik contribution with the biggest funding round for a Czech company, totaling €160M. For the whole 2024, the total amount would be €264.5M for the recorded rounds so far.
