She aims to translate organizational and individual needs into rapid action plans for high performance. She talked to The Recursive about her management plan in the interview below.

“The essence of it is transparency. We really strive to have a very transparent two-way dialogue with our people,” Baciu said.

Andreea has a background in Psychology and Human Resources in Romania. She has been growing with the team since 2018 when she first collaborated with UiPath as an external coach. She officially joined the company in 2019, as VP of Global Talent Development working with a multi-generational, remote, international team. UiPath’s CCO has been endorsed as a facilitator of change and her methods are tailored to each employee.

In this interview, The Recursive discovered more about what it takes to be part of a unicorn team, what are her plans for the global project, and how leaders of the future use automation to build great teams. You will also learn about what generation constantly challenges the status quo of HR and why it is important to pay attention to the employee’s needs.
