The Doers Company is bringing its flagship event to the Middle East for the first time, teaming up with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) to host Doers Summit at Dubai Silicon Oasis in November 2025. The event aims to bridge the gap between Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond.
The partnership was made official at a signing ceremony in Dubai, with key figures like Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni, Executive Chairman of DIEZ, and Demetris Skourides, Chief Scientist for Cyprus’ government, in attendance – highlighting how serious both sides are about boosting cross-border innovation and entrepreneurship.
“Hosting this renowned Summit with The Doers Company aligns with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and our commitment to positioning Dubai as a global leader in economic and digital growth,” said Badr Buhannad, Deputy Director General of Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The Dubai edition is expected to draw over 3,000 people – from startups and investors to ecosystem builders – looking to collaborate, find funding, and make things happen. The event will stick to Doers Summit’s signature format: useful content, meaningful networking, and real opportunities to strike deals.
From Reflect Festival to Doers Summit: One Name, One Vision

This move to Dubai also marks a shift in identity. What started in Limassol in 2018 as Reflect Festival is now officially becoming Doers Summit. Over the years, Reflect has hosted more than 50,000 founders, investors, and operators across Europe, including in Athens and through city meetups. Now, the team is consolidating everything under one global brand.
“Reflect was special to a lot of us, but rebranding to Doers Summit gives us a sharper focus,” said Stylianos Lambrou, Co-founder and CEO of The Doers Company. “Now, we are building a global gathering that creates partnerships and opportunities which are shaping what’s next.”
Dubai is a logical next step in the journey – offering a central location that ties together multiple regions while keeping the event’s hands-on, community-driven vibe.
“We’re not just growing an event – we’re growing a movement,” added Dusan Duffek, Co-founder and Managing Partner. “This is about creating space where regions connect, ideas collide, and real deals happen.”
With events in Dubai, Athens, and Limassol now flying under the Doers Summit flag, the vision is clear: a truly global network for doers to meet, learn, and build together.
