Liviu Drăgan’s career was marked by an unwavering pursuit of excellence. Holding a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a strong academic background from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, he combined scientific rigor with entrepreneurial spirit. Before founding DRUID AI, he established one of Europe’s most innovative enterprise software companies and launched Charisma, one of the first widely adopted business systems both on the continent and globally.

Effective immediately, Andreea Pleșea, DRUID AI co-founder and Chief Customer Success Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Having worked closely with Liviu from the very beginning and as a key architect of DRUID AI’s strategic direction, Andreea is one of the most accomplished experts in AI solution implementation, digital transformation, and the company’s international growth.
