Despite challenges, Croatian startups made it work, often bootstrapping their way to success. Today, with population of only 3.8 million, it boasts with 2 unicorns: Infobip and Rimac Automobili. Meanwhile, Croatia’s tech community doesn’t miss on tech meetups, accelerators, and coworking spaces – ecosystem is giving and growing. More people are choosing to stay or return to be part of its story.
